TRTA and WCRTA encourage our members to volunteer in our communities. Local unit hours are recorded and submitted to TRTA in January.

TRTA presents the Governor with a big check representing the dollar value of the hours TRTA member retirees have donated back to the community and the state. It’s a useful tidbit to have on hand when visiting with your legislators and other elected officials.
